Recruitment of Inspector, SI / JE in BSF :
BSF, Stands for Boarder Security Force, provides the best security to Nations on boarder. It protect country from the terrorist.
Applications are invited on prescribed form from the Indian nationals for the appointment on the post of Inspector ( Architect ), Sub Inspector / Junior Engineer ( Civil and Elect. ) in Boarder Security Force , Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Candidates who will have the eligibility criteria mentioned under can apply in prescribed format to the Commandant within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in employment news. Applicants are required to read the following paragraphs to know about educational qualification, how to apply, selection procedure, age limit, etc.
Recruitment details for the job of Inspector, Sub Inspector / Junior Engineer in BSF: -
1. Inspector ( Architect )
No.of Vacancies – 07
Pay Scale – Rs. 9,300 to 34,800 plus Rs. 4,600/- grade pay per month
Age limit – Candidates’ age should be between 20 and 25 years
Relaxation in age – Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC will be given.
Educational Qualification – Candidates must have completed Graduation in discipline of Architecture from any recognized university.
Physical Standard – Height – 167.5 cm, Chest 81 cm and Weight – Corresponding to Height. Relaxation in physical standard will be given as per government rule.
2. SI / JE ( Civil and Elect. )
No. of Vacancies – 233 ( Civil – 183 and Elect. – 50 )
Pay Scale – Rs. 9,300 to 34,800 /- plus Rs. 4,200/- grade pay per month
Age limit – Minimum 18 years and Maximum 5 years.
Relaxation in age – same as above relaxation.
Educational Qualification – Candidates must have thee years Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from any recognized institute / university.
Physical Standard – Height – 165 cm, Chest – 76 to 81 cm and Weight – Corresponding to Height. Relaxation in physical standard will be given as per rule of government.
Selection procedure – Selection of candidates on above said post will be done after qualifying followings.
i. Written examination, ii. Documentation, iii. Physical measurement, iv. Physical Efficiency Test, v. Trade Test ( for Inspector Architect post ), vi. Interview and vii. Medical Examination.
Examination fee – Candidates will have to pay Rs. 50/- through demand draft that should be drawn in favour of ” DDO HQ DG BSF”, payable at SBI Service Branch New Delhi, code No. 7687.
How to apply: - Application dully filled in all respects in prescribed format and accompanied with demand draft and attested copies of certificates of educational qualification, age, community, etc should be sent within 30 days from from 12.03.2012 to the the Commandant ( Rectt), HQ DG BSF, Block – 10, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003.
