Region wise vacancies are as follow: – Tamil Nadu-728, Uttar Pradesh-145, Andhra Pradesh-85, Gujarat-80, Karnataka-85, Kerala-95, Assam-05, Bihar-05, Chattisgarh-10, Delhi-34, Goa-02, Haryana-06, Himachal Pradesh-03, J&K-01, Jharkhand-05, Madhya Pradesh-10, Maharashtra-30, Arunachal Pradesh-02, Sikkim-04, Andaman-03, Oriss-30, Punjab-31, Rajasthan-25, Uttarakhand–40, West Bengal-23, Chandigarh-03, Puducherry-10
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2011): – Age should be fallen between 18-28 years range. It would be extended by 03 years for OBC, 05 years for SC/ST & Resident of J&K during turbulent time, 10 years for PH candidates. Ex-servicemen are also liable to call for upper age concession.
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 7200-19300/- plus permissible allowances.
Qualification: – 12th passed with at least 65% marks and qualified in IBPS Clerk exam as well.
As far as concerning of Obtained IBPS marks, candidates of UR community should have obtained 120 & more marks (24 marks each in all paper) & 105 & above marks (21 marks in each) are liable to apply.
Selection Methodology: – Candidates will be called for personal interview in between August-September 2012. Result of Interview and Marks of IBPS to be added to give the nod of selection.
Probation Period: – 06 Months
Application Fee: – Applicants of UR & OBC to deposit Rs. 100/- & SC/ST / PH / ExS have to pay Rs. 20/- as application fee.
Mode of Payment: – Application fee to be deposited through Bank Challan of Indian Overseas Bank during period of 29th June to 14th July. It is suggested to download the format of payment challan by the help of below link and visit nearest branch of Indian Overseas Bank for making payment.
