Recruitment Details of Technical Vacancy in Indian Air Force
Name of The Vacancy: – Group X (Technical)
Educational Qualification: – Applicants should have completed 10+2 examination with Mathematics, Physics and English discipline from any recognized Institution with at least 50% marks.
Salary: – Approx Rs. 21414/- per month after Training Period.
Age Limit: – Applicants age should not be more than 21 years and not below than 19 years.
Selection Process: – Applicants selection will be based on Written Test, PFT and Interview.
Rally Location: - Air Force Station Barrackpore, Near Palta Gate (West Bengal)
Eligible District: – 24 Parganas (South), Birbum, Bankura, Cooch Behar, Darjeeling, North Dinajpur, South Dinajpur, Howrah, Kolkata, Jalpaiguri, East Midnapore, West Midnapore, Malda and Purulia, Districts of West Bengal and State of Sikkim.
How to Appear: – Those aspirants who are meeting with requisite qualification and other eligibility of Group X (Technical) post may be appear in the Interview on Schedule date and time along with original and a set of true copies of all suitable documents and three latest passport size color photograph.

Recruitment in Indian Air Force for Airman Vacancy



Indian Air Force (IAF) is the air arm which conducts aerial warfare during a battle. The First Priority of this force is to secure Indian airspace. Unmarried Male candidates are being offered a Job as Airmen in Group X (Technical Trade) by Indian Air Force. For this, Indian Air Force is going to organize a Selection Test in the month of August 2012. Aspirants meeting with eligibility may send their duly filled applications to “President of Central Airmen Selection Board” on or before 23/05/2012. Vacancy Details of Airman of Indian Air Force
Post Name: Airman Group X (Technical Cadre)
Stipend: Rs.8550 PM during training period
Qualifications: Higher Secondary with Mathematics, English and Physics with 50% Marks or Diploma of 3 years in Engineering in the Disciplines of IT, Instrumentation Technology / Electronic / Electrical / Automobile / Mechanical / Computer Science with 50% Marks from a Govt. Recognized Polytechnic Institute
Age Limit: Candidates should be born between 01/10/1991 and 30/11/1995
Physical Standard:
• Height: 152.5 cms
• Chest: Minimum expansion of 5 cms
• Weight: According to Height and age
Medical Standard:
Eye sight: 6/12 and 6/6 for the trades of Electronics, Electrical, Automobile, Weapon, Mechanical System and 6/36 and 6/9 for all other trades
Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of Written Examination, PFT, Interview, TAT and Medical Examination. Written examination will be of 60 Minutes and there will be objective type questions based on English, Mathematics and Physics as per CBSE Syllabus of AISSCE
How to apply: Application for Selection Test can be made in a 4 size plain paper. Three Latest passport size photograph taken on or after 25/03/2012 are required for this application, one of them should be pasted on the application and other two photographs should be stapled to the left top corner of the application. Duly furnished application with copies of supporting documents and a self addressed white envelop of 24*10 size pinned with the application must reach “President, Central Airmen Selection Board, Post Box No. 11807, New Delhi – 110010” on or before 23/05/2012.
Important Notes:
• Application should be sent by Ordinary Post only; application will not be accepted if it is sent by Registered / Speed Post / Courier etc.
• All India Select List (AISL) after completion of Selection Test will be displayed on 31/10/2012.
• The Enrolment will be 20 years and extendable upto 57 years
